Some cats are happier with a simple private space. Some come as a pair or a whole family from the same household, while others need more room to climb and settle in. Every boarding room is private, and cats from different customer bookings are never placed together in the same room.
hoMEOWner officially opened on 15 September 2026 in Mahkota Cheras. We are a newly established cat boarding hotel, focused on thoughtful everyday care, comfortable private rooms and giving owners a way to check on their cats through private CCTV.
Our rooms
Room availability depends on your dates and number of cats. Prices shown are per night; final pricing is confirmed during booking.
1–2 cats
A clean, private space for solo cats or a pair who prefer things simple and cosy.
2–4 cats
A larger private room for 2–4 cats from the same household, with more floor space for cats who normally live together.
4–6 cats
Our playful private suite for larger cat families from the same household, with a brighter setup and plenty of places to settle in.

A larger private suite for cats from the same household who like to explore, perch and lounge together.
What we offer
Comfortable indoor rooms with different sizes for solo cats, pairs and larger cat families.
When your stay is active and CCTV sharing is enabled, you can watch from your booking without installing another app.
Save cat profiles, manage bookings and keep important feeding, allergy, behaviour and care notes together.
Private CCTV
We kept this part simple. No separate camera app, no extra account, no QR setup every time. During an active stay, CCTV access can appear directly inside your hoMEOWner booking.
Before your cat stays with us
Food comes from home, litter is provided, rooms are cleaned daily, and playtime is adjusted to each cat's personality and your instructions.
Please bring enough of your cat's usual food for the entire stay. We follow the feeding schedule and instructions you provide.
Tofu cat litter is provided. Trays are cleaned regularly during the stay and disinfected between guests using F10 veterinary disinfectant.
General room and public-area cleaning is carried out every morning. Two large exhaust fans are used to refresh indoor air and improve ventilation.
Playtime is normally provided after morning cleaning and again in the evening, based on temperament, comfort level and owner instructions.
A valid vaccination record must be presented before check-in, and flea prevention or flea treatment must be completed before arrival.
If a cat becomes unwell during the stay, we contact the owner or emergency contact and can arrange veterinary attention at a nearby preferred clinic when needed.
